Intern Par-tayyyy

So DBA threw a little Intern Party- partly because when chatting with Kendra (Co-Founder of DBA) she was flabbergasted that I had come here alone, never been here before and didnt have um..any...friends at that point. So she called up some other office that we work with and Cristy put together a little intern bash!



The DBA girls, Nine West girls, people from Click 3X and a few interns from Zac Posen showed up to Shake Shack- the In&Out version of the East Coast (and I am sorry it has NOTHING on In&Out).

At the Intern party I got bullied by a girl... We were hoping to all be in a circle- but one girl sat right in the middle and closed it off. Nicole from DBA- one of our chaperons (yes we are all adults but have chaperons- and luckily we did!) told me just to ask the girl to switch places with one of the tables so the table will be in the middle and there would then be a circle- So I politely asked the girl if she would switch seats- and she looked at me and goes "I'm not moving, and the table is fine where its at." uhhhhh and its not like she was nice about it. I looked at Nicole and she just laughed because there was really nothing that could be done. I was so taken aback that I was just bullied..

Oh- I probably should have mentioned that it was also BRIAN CHEEKS 50th BIRTHDAY! And he spent his day at meetings, and sitting by himself at Madison Park while we were at our intern party. Briana, Nirali (her roommate) and I popped on over to Eataly to grab Brian a little birthday treat while he was still 'waiting for us'- we also snagged the balloons from the DBA intern bash since they were just going to pop them. 

Happy Birthday Brian! I bet you are glad you got to spend it with 3 girls and with drinks and dinner at Eataly!
